What information is needed to replace my cable?

The broken cable is preferred. If the broken cable is not available digital pictures of each connector, a schematic diagram and approximate length of the broken cable can be emailed to info@wirewiseinc.com.

What is WireWise typical turnaround time?

24-48 hours after receipt of the broken cable or required documentation

On occasion it will take a little longer if the required material is not in stock.

We stock most major components required to build your cable.

WireWise hours of operation are as follows

Monday-Thursday:   7:00 A.M to 5:30 P.M.

Friday:  Closed (if you have an emergency situation between the hours of 8:00A.M. & 12:00 P.M. on Friday send an email to info@wirewiseinc.com and someone will contact you.
